Hi All, I’m Chris Levine (hence the C.L. cooks). I gave myself the challenge of trying to make all the national dishes in the world to broaden my horizons and hopefully sharpen my culinary skills. I have enjoyed cooking for a long time but I found myself getting into a rut, cooking the same favorites over and over again.
With this blog I have cooked dishes, I would have never normally tried and have learned a lot in the process from running a website to preparing egg plant.
